There have been speculations over Musiala's future at Allianz Arena for quite some time with recently reporting that the Bundesliga giants are all set to offer a bumper deal to the German sensation in a bid to tie him down to a new long-term deal. The new mega deal would reportedly make the 21-year-old the highest-earning Bayern player in the history of the club as well as in the Bundesliga.

Musiala had a terrific outing with Vincent Kompany's side on Saturday as he bailed out Bayern against Heidenheim. He came on as a substitute in the second half to score a brace as the Bavarian club maintained their unbeaten run in the Bundesliga with a 4-2 win. A day after the game, Bayern were supposed to conduct an Annual General Meeting and there were rumours that suggested that the club would announce Musiala's contract extension.

Club director Max Eberl, however, refuted the speculations as he told reporters, "It won't happen tomorrow. There will be no 'bomb'."
