Enroute to Florida for City's pre-season tour, the Norwegian international posted a photo of himself and team-mate Jack Grealish while on their flight. His Instagram followers were quick to point out he spelled Orlando, 'Ornaldo' – prompting the former Borussia Dortmund forward to clap back at his detractors.

Haaland and City are preparing for the new Premier League season as they aim for a record-extending fifth straight title. The Norwegian will be key to that bid in what could be manager Pep Guardiola's last season in charge of the Sky Blues – with the Spaniard out of contract in 2025.
