Liverpool legend and Sky Sports pundit Graeme Souness has raised eyebrows with his combined XI ahead of Sunday’s clash between Manchester United and Liverpool at Old Trafford.
The Scotsman spent six years playing for the Merseyside outfit and three years as manager, and it seems as though he was a little biased when selecting his team.

For some reason, the most expensive footballer in the world, Paul Pogba, did not make the cut, with Souness preferring Jordan Henderson in midfield.
An all-Liverpool back four is also questionable considering that the Reds’ defence has been criticised this season, particularly as they have let in 23 Premier League goals compared to United’s 19.
Only four United players – David de Gea, Michael Carrick, Juan Mata and Zlatan Ibrahimovic – made Souness’ team.
As expected, Red Devils supporters have been left baffled by his selection and have taken to Twitter to mock the TV pundit.
Liverpool currently sit second in the table, five points above United, who reside in sixth place after 20 league games.
